He hasn’t lost everything yet. He still has his life.
…wow, that came out sounding waaaaay darker than I’d intended it to. xD
As another commenter said, the Director’s hunger for more magical power (hey, at least he’s gotten back into a more normal appearance for the moment) is seeming quite a lot like Tirek.
I agree! Well played indeed! When he first got changed into a dragon, I could look at that as being accidental. I didn’t pity him at that point. But as time has passed on, yes, I really do feel for him.
I like to think that I’m pretty good at seeing where a plot is headed. But not this time! I was totally gobsmacked and blindsided.
Took the words right out of my mouth. As Fluttershy said in one of the comics: “Treat Others the Way You Want to be Treated. That’s the Golden Rule”. Since he treated his subordinate with disrespect, now it his turn to suffer the way he made his subordinate suffered. Irony, I say.
I kinda feel sorry for the boss man now….
The doorknob is moved too far down in panel 4 compared to 5. Also this is one of the most interesting character developments for a bad guy I’ve seen
Strange…
Equestian dragons kan talk, so why can’t the boss?
MLP dragons are version 2.4 dragons
This is a dragon version 1.0
What version gets the ability to talk? 2.0?
Can the boss dragon fly? (I wonder if version 2.4 allows for hugs, talking about feelings and friendship?)
Okay if not Discord I see this guy becoming Tirek or something, his wanting to consume more magic is just to close to be a coincidence
“Ungrateful”? What SHOULD he be grateful for? He lost everything.

The Director…The Tirector….The Tirek-tor…? :DDD
One chapter ago, I pitied The Director and despised the Boss Man. Now, I pity the Boss Man and despise The Director. Well played, Shieltar.

Won’t we also feel sorry for the ponies and other things later?
To make a joke. “THE BOULDER FEELS CONFLICTED!” (In regards to my feelings toward the boss and the director)
I’d feel more sorry for Boss if this whole situation were not due to his amoral greed. He sowed the wind and has reaped the whirlwind.

You tried.
But not hard enough to acquire something to write with.
“whereabouts” is a right word for 3rd panel instead of “wearabouts”
