We shall use ALL the rice! *FLOMPF* xD
Also, Grace is still totally rocking that gorgeous wedding dress! I take it the minister and guests etc are all well-used to seeing Grace with a beautiful big pair of Pegasus wings by now? 🙂 Or that could’ve raised a few questions when they asked to be married… ;D

I think that they would just perceive it as her being an angel with a physical form

    Congratulations to Grace and Mark!

Where are her old friends from before the time skip? I thought they’d at least be there for the wedding.

    1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

They couldn’t get out of school to attend the wedding?
Or more pragmatically, Shieltar just didn’t want to draw guests filling in the background. xD

      1. Shieltar says:

yeah, it was definitely the 2nd one. There behind the camera or behind marks head in the previous page in my mind.

I guess I got the answer to my comment below whilst I was typing it then.
So if there were so few guests due to drawing limitations rather than plot reasons then may I suggest you draw the vague silhouettes of guests sitting in the pews instead? That way the church/chappell/whatever wouldn’t seem so mysteriously empty and it would also shift the reader’s focus to the main characters who are defenitely the main point about that page anyways.

Due to the events that have occurred in the last few pages since the trip to the beach such as the Harmoney family selling and moving out of their house and Grace and Mark planning and arranging their wedding I assume we’ve made one of those smaller time skips like in book… 2 was it? where it went from Grace’s first day at school since getting Princess to it being Celestia’s one year anniversary.
At least I’m hoping that’s the case here because there having been several months since their beach trip is the only logical explanation as to how they’ve had time for all this so if you say that the reason there were so few guests and none of their family or friends showing up for their wedding was because of short notice I WILL call bullcrap.

    1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

Also I feel the need to point out that a church wedding could not happen in a few days, British marriage laws require a notice of the planned wedding to be made 28 days before the ceremony. (I did know about this but not in detail, and I had to look up the time limit on Wikipedia).
Upshot being, we’ve skipped at least a month, unless they managed to obtain a special wedding license under extenuating circumstances (which is less likely).
      FACTS! xD

      1. ryttyr says:

My point exactly. Preparing for a wedding takes far too long time for it to be too last minute for the guests to make it to the wedding.

I have mentioned in the past that every time the book title page is used, it signifies a time jump. That said the legal time requirement I had not remembered. I think it was why so many couples alloped to scotland where that law did not exist. I don’t think that’s the case any more though.

          1. ryttyr says:

Oh yeah. Sorry I forgot we had a change of books recently because this book seemingly picked up right where the previous one left off but now it all makes sense. Forgot that book changes imply a time skip and that we did have a book change between then and now.

            1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

I forgot that too. Whoops! xD

            2. no one says:

              Lol same
              Wonder who else also forgot

          2. ryttyr says:

It would be nice if you had a little information text at the top corner of the first page of each book saying something along the lines of “x days/weeks/months later” or something like that so that we have a reference to how much time have passed between books. Because as it is right now, if you just started reading this comic without reading through all of the comment sections there would be no way for you to know that an ammount of time is supposed to pass between each book so in this particular case it would appear to have only been like a day or so between these two books.

  5. Borg says:

    Child labor, am I right?

    1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

Child labour? *squints at text, yes I’m reading that right* Um…how?
They’re just bridesfillies at their mommy’s wedding. 🙂

      1. Borg says:

Sorry, you’re right. I should say what I mean.

Unpaid child labor, am I right?

  6. ryttyr says:

Wait… Why exactly is Philomena tagged in this page?

    1. Shieltar says:

      Well, that would be because… err… hmm…

      Well that’s fixed now.

      1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

You mean even Philomena didn’t attend the wedding?

        Aww, poor Philly…. :'(

      2. Ryan says:

Doesn’t look fixed to me. Tag’s still there, bird still isn’t.

        1. Yet_Pone_More_Idiot says:

? I don’t see the tag still there…maybe refresh the page?

          1. Ryan says:

Ah, there we go. Stupid cache.

      3. ryttyr says:

        Now Celestia’s tag is missing…

  7. SenaCat says:

I haven’t binged a comic in a while, but subscribed!

  8. ryttyr says:

    Celestia’s tag is still missing.
